CRM for Recruitment

The Recruitment Management module provides the ability for organisations to record client vacancies and the complete details of prospective candidates. The system allows the matching of client vacancies to the prospective candidate list using the multi-facetted attributes that are defined as part of the applicant profile.

Furthermore, the system can search the existing vacancies for a prospective candidate enabling a multi-viewpoint search capability – essential in today’s highly competitive recruitment sector.

The Recruitment Management module includes the following key features:

  • Ability to create, manage and profile clients by a variety of disciplines including industry sector, client size, client turnover and the typical skill sets the client requires.
  • Manage multiple client contacts to allow communication tracking within multiple departments and business areas.
  • Ability to create, manage, profile and match candidates to a variety of disciplines including position sought, skill sets, location sought.
  • Ability to create, manage and match client vacancies.
  • Ability to manage the recruitment process from matching client vacancies to candidates (or vice versa) and begin organising interviews and managing the interview process through to shortlist production and final assessment and position fulfilment.
  • Ability to target market to existing client base.
  • Ability to create newsletters to prospective candidates.
  • Manage contract-type candidates through contract end dates enabling marketing and cross-sell of existing vacancies.
  • The Recruitment Software can be deployed using on-premise or SaaS (hosted).
