S1-BAP is a user friendly web application that provides the facility for prospective scholars to perform end-to-end process such as searching, applying and accessing information for the benefits offered by the institution.
S1-BAP enables all Benefit Applications processing to be done online in a user-friendly and efficient way. S1-BAP is a web-based application, which offers the following capabilities;
- Powerful Benefit Searching: The applicants are able to search the available benefits offered by the institution online using S1-BAP benefits search engine.
- Applicant Registration: The applicants are registered before they are allowed to submit online applications. The contact information such as email addresses and mailing addresses becomes a valuable asset for the organizations to target their customers for future projects and offers.
- Online submission of Benefit applications: The applications are submitted online, reducing the amount of work involved in recording of applications manually in a Benefit Management system (S1-BMS).
- Application Status: Students are able to keep track of their application status online
- Payment Management; Once the scholarship is awarded, students are able to keep track of their payments.
