S1 Consulting has won a contract to provide project management expertise to Tree Crop Technologies (TCT). TCT is working with Santos on a large scale irrigation project at a coal seam gas mine near Roma, Queensland. Using the S1 momentum methodology, S1 is providing the project management discipline and structure to help ensure a successful project.
