With over 25 years of experience in this area, Keith was able to work with the management team and staff to build effective business and project planning, support and control systems to more effectively deliver outcomes tailored to customer requirements. Work within the business included establishment of management systems for monthly and year to date reporting, cash flow performance, financial performance modelling, forecasting of pipeline of future work, tracking of staff resource usage to projects, and management of staff utilisation rates and performance reviews.
