S1-BMS is a wholly Australian made and owned product. It has been developed by a team of talented designers who care about providing solutions to your Benefit Management problems. These people have direct experience within our clients businesses that ensures that the solutions that S1-BMS provides are relevant and appropriate to your business and reporting requirements.
S1-BMS enables all Benefit processing to be done both efficiently and easilyin a central, online, enterprise-scale system. As an example,S1-BMS offers the following capabilities:
- Recording of all Benefit applications. This includes multiple applications; approved and declined applications; and applications from 3rd party organization. We can also link our application to on-line application pages.
- Intelligent Evaluation processing and recording. All evaluation measures can be recorded in S1-BMS and where possible, the evaluation of these measures and criteria can be automated. This reduces the onerous task of manually evaluating selection criteria where this adds no value to the process.
- Maintenance and applying outcomes to applications. Ranking and award of benefits based upon configurable ranking algorithms.
- Online applications. Benefit applicants may use an online application internet portals

S1 - Benefits Application Portal (S1-BAP)
S1-BAP is a user friendly web application that provides the facility for prospective scholars to perform end-to-end process such as searching, applying and accessing information for the benefits offered by the institution.
S1-BAP enables all Benefit Applications processing to be done online in a user-friendly and efficient way. S1-BAP is a web-based application, which offers the following capabilities;
• Powerful Benefit Searching: The applicants are able to search the available benefits offered by the institution online using S1-BAP benefits search engine.
• Applicant Registration: The applicants are registered before they are allowed to submit online applications. The contact information such as email addresses and mailing addresses becomes a valuable asset for the organizations to target their customers for future projects and offers.
• Online submission of Benefit applications: The applications are submitted online, reducing the amount of work involved in recording of applications manually in a Benefit Management system (S1-BMS).
• Application Status: Students are able to keep track of their application status online
• Payment Management; Once the scholarship is awarded, students are able to keep track of their payments.
